I face a problem in ALL-IN-1. We want to delete a mail after I read,
but it display the following errors. Would anyone help me to solve the
problem ? Please give me a piece of advice.

Hi,
Have you tried alli/nocust?
It looks as there is a problem with a customisation within ALL-IN-1 EM
D option.
If alli/nocust works, you need to check the customisations for the EM
form.

I think that it has modified the EM menu, but if I copy the form
EM under ALL-IN-1 V2.4, it works, but it doesn't work under V2.3. Is it
some difference in V2.3 and V2.4. I have tried the Julie suggestions,
it works in both system. The customer site is Thailand office.

The EM forms were almost certainly changed between V2.3 and V2.4.
You'll have to look in CM (if the system has been customised properly)
or just look around the directories and form libraries to see what's
been changed.

PS I'm getting fed up with editing your notes to spell ALL-IN-1
correctly. Soon I'll just delete them :-)
