    	Hi,
    
    I'm having some problems with the print option on the EM system. My
    customer has ALL-IN-1 V2.3 Portuguese (not supported), and they have a lot
    of customizations on this system.
    
    When we print a message, on the terminal or in a printer, there are some
    special characters that follows the printing (we don't know why ...).
    
    If we use the ALLIN1 with the /NOCUSTOM qualifier, the operation performs
    the right way.
    
    Someone can give me a way to find where is the error?

    Well v2.3 in any language is a long time ago but if you switch on trace
    you will see what scripts, forms etc are being called.
    
    when you see one being executed outof the SITE area e,g
    SITE_LIB_PORTUGUESE or OA$LIB_PORTUGUESE:SITEOAFORM then ypu see which
    of the customisations is in the way.
    
    a first guess would be WPPRINT.SCP
    
    Of course the customer should really upgrade to v3.0

    The WPPRINT script remains untouchable.
    
    I looked for anything strange on the trace log, and I found nothing.
    
    They have boilerplates with some modifications (MAILMEMO1 & 2), but looking
    at them, there is nothing that can cause the error.
    
    Do you think that it would help if I put the A1TRACE.LOG here?
