My customer is looking for customers that may have upgraded to ALL-IN-1 V3.0 and
may have implemented group services at their site.  They want to know how people
use it especially with Drawers.  Any guidelines they may have written up for
their users.

     I am so glad you Bob, Bill and Al, plus the rest of our unit are now
    taking the lead in the OA space. My life is so much simpilar now that
    I can tell my customer to go across the street for a real OA solution.
    
    I kept the torch burning, I'll have Larry send it over...

    Look guys the upgrade starts tomorrow morning...so be nice! Really has
    anyone out there used Group Services!   Remember this is for Hillary
    and Bill...they've had a tough month! Washington is different from

    Would you like to read Chapter 4 of "ALL-IN-1: Managing and Programming
    V3.0"?  This deals extensively with the new cabinet, management of
    drawers, setting them up and controlling drawers etc.  Chapter 3
    reviews ALL-IN-1 groups and other aspects of access control.  I have
    used this material to advise customers in several seminars.  Please
    give Mr. and Mrs. Clinton my best, and I'll be happy to pop along and
    autograph a copy (in Little Rock or Washington) whenever it's
    convenient.
