    Hi, 
    
    Our client, having ALL-IN-1 MAIL version 1.1 (VMS server)  
                       VMS           version 5.4-3
                       
                       DOS    client version 1.0
                       WINDOW client version 1.1a
                       VT     client version 1.1
    
    met the following problem:
    
    The user profile file SYS$LOGIN:A1MAIL$USER_PROFILE.DAT of a number of
    users lost for unknown reason. It had happened a month ago but there
    was only one user profile missing.  
    
    Any assistenance? Is it a known problem?
    Any testing could be done for locating where the problem area is?
