    I have two separate ALL-IN-1 environments in which I want to maintain
    the same exact customizations.  If I customize a few elements on system
    A, what is the best way for me to move them to system B?  By the way,
    email won't work.  This transfer must be done by tape.

    Brad,
    
    In ALL-IN-1 version 3.0 and higher you can use package/restore
    application - which creates a saveset that can be mailed, copied
    over the network or by tape.
    
    there's also SV and RV Send to VMS and Receive from VMS which put
    elements down at VMS level where you could back them up also.
