    My customer is trying to transfer an account from a system in Madrid
    which has ALL-IN-1 2.4 Spanish to a system in London which has ALL-IN-1
    3.0 English version. He has an error message "failed to copy...".
    
    Does somebody know if there is any problem transfering users from 2.4
    to 3.0, or maybe the problem is about the different language?
    
    Does he have to take care about something before starting?
