Hi all A customer has found the following behaviour: In ALL-IN-1 V3.0 if you print to DOCUMENT instead of a printer the symbol #NO_TEMPLATE will be set to 1 but never be reset (deleted). After this if you want to create a new document the form DOCDSCNT will be called instead of DOCDSC. In DOCDSCNT you cannot define a template for documentcreation. Is this a known bug (feature) in ALL-IN-1 V3.0 and if yes is there a fix (workaround) available? Thanks for any reply Rolf

It's a bug, and had not been reported previously. I have created an IPR (Internal Problem Report) so that ALL-IN-1 Engineering have a record of the problem. A workaround for users who are not allowed to type in ALL-IN-1 functions is to perform an operation which results in #NO_TEMPLATE being reset to null. One example is to do: 1. DT (Document Transfer) 2. RV (Receive a document from VMS) 3. Select a VMS file 4. When the 'Creating From VMS File' displays press EXIT Richard | |||||
