ALL-IN-1 V3.0

When an event is deleted a mail message is issued by the function CALENDAR 
CANCEL MEETING. This message contains the text;

The following meeting has been canceled:

We would like to change this text which would appear to come from the symbol 
OA$_CMCANCELMEET in OA.A1$MSG. I have added this symbol to our SITE$OA.A1$MSG
and moved it live. When I now enter ALL-IN-1 I can use <GET OA$_CMCANCELMEET
which returns my site defined value ok. However the cancel meeting messages
still contain the original translation.

Is the function using the base message and not picking up my customisations, or
is the above text hard-coded ?

    Ah but there's a OA$_CMCANCELMEET in OAMESS.MSG - that's the one the
    code will be reading he says pending confirmation from my DPC.

        It's the proper message symbol for v2.4.  Anything goes with v3.0.
        Refer to your v3.0 CM expert for the correct modification procedure.
        
        Andrew, are you implying that CM should enter the land of the DPC? 
        Isn't there an official ceremony?  Who should we invite?  Maybe
        that explains why entering certain 2 and 3 letter TM options takes 
        you to CM  8-)))

    Changes to oamess.msg are not CM quailified.  Sounds like something
    for the Dead Products Consultant.

I had already found that most excellent STARS article and by reading ENGLISH as
BRITISH have been able to modify the symbol as required.
