We have an application sending mail messages to ALL-IN-1 users with a sixel attachment. However, when the mail message is being read by ALL-IN-1 users, the sixel attachment is listed and not 'typed'. Is there anyway to make ALL-IN-1 to recognize the sixel attachment and display it accordingly ? - Simon ps : users do not like the idea of doing A1ENCODE themselves

My application is sending mail message via Message Router to ALL-IN-1. Am I correct to say there is no way to make ALL-IN-1 to recognize the sixel attachment without any customization to the ALL-IN-1 ? (which customer is trying to avoid) Thanks, Simon | |||||
