2660.0. "When Page 1 is not ..." by GIDDAY::BURT (Chele Burt - CSC Sydney, DTN 7355693) Wed May 05 1993 07:59

Hello and Greetings,

Thought I'd try here prior to WPS-PLUS....
Customer running ALL-IN-1 V3.0

One user having problems printing. (This user was one who had to have a
default WPSDEF.WPL file after the upgrade, as her own had become corrupted)
If the user has a single page document, it will not print with the "normal"
print settings. If the user modifies the print settings to print from page 0,
rather than page 1, the document prints correctly.
(On a 2 page document, the first page is still lost - ie page 2 is printed, but
 not page 1......)

There was no difference after new .pst & wpsdef.wpl were provided.

This seems AWFULLY familiar, but my memory is not what it once was, (whatever
THAT was - I can't remember)

Any thoughts?

Ta muchly,

Chele

Hello again,

The customer has reported that another user also has developed this problem.
It is now necessary for these users to file their attachments, then print from
page 0, or they don't get to have them printed at all.

This customer is not "having fun".

Has anyone seen this problem before? and fixed it?

Thanks & regards,

Chele
