    Hi All,               
    
    I have come across a number of calls that require forms to be displayed
    to change the configuration details.  For example:
    
    A customer wants to move ALL-IN-1 to another disk, the form A1CONFIG
    has to be used and SM_SHARED_DIR_MASTER for shared directories.
    
    Or like today a customer did not configure their server correctly I had
    to use the form OAFC_SERVER_MASTER, wasted time finding out what the
    form is called (but not alot :0) ).
    
    I would like to see in a PFR a sub-system called Configuration
    Management, this sub-system would allow the customers to reconfigure
    ALL-IN-1 IOS.
    
    The main reason why I think this is a good idea is because it will cut
    down on the number of calls we have regarding the "How do I change type
    of questions".  This is happening more and more as people try to spread
    the load on their disks, system or make room for DEC MAILworks server
    etc.  Giving the customer the ability to reconfigure ALL-IN-1 IOS will
    be an asset as it provides system managers (or manglers if you perfer),
    to manage and plan their configurations better.
    
    Can this be added to the *Wish list*.

Yup - I would vote for this...

Except that it can be a mony earner for those of us who go on site to 
re-configure ALL-IN-1 systems....;^)

	I don't know if I get a vote since I only deal w the internal systems
but, yes please include something like this.  Could we include CM "applications"
as well?
