I have a problem with Document transfer option. I want to transfer a
VMS file to the file cabinet. Everything works fine if I'm the owner of
the target drawer, but if I'm not and even having enought privileges to
create documents on this drawer, I get a warning message saying that I
must select a drawer were I'm the owner.
Is this correct? And if yes why it is so?
