What does the message
HIMSERV-E-ERROCC "an error has occurred"
mean where HIM is the name of the cluster alias?
Some users get this message when they try to AC (add a conference)
under GPC using HMI::CONFNAME.NOTE in the Conference File Name field
and the conference name in the Conference Name field.
I will have them try adding the entry in from the NOTES prompt in the
meantime but this is a critical issue because they have about 30 users
in a training class who are experiencing this problem. A number of
other users in the same class entering the same conference are NOT
having this problem so it is thought to relate somehow to the user's
account information.
