2569.0. "Help with ARCHIVE_PROCESS_RESTORE_REQS.COM please" by HOTAIR::MADDOX (We have change, now what?) Thu Apr 15 1993 02:04
Would someone please clear up the fog for me? I'm attempting to modify
the archive scripts and command procedures on a 3.0 system to support a
non-Digital automated tape backup system. I'm creating a saveset on
disk and then copying the file to the third-party system.
My confusion is with regard to the ARCHIVE_PROCESS_RESTORE_REQS.COM. A
comment says, "check there is at least one request from this set, if
there isnt [sic] then we go to the next set," but it looks to me as if
the code will immediately exit if there are no documents awaiting
restoration from the current set.
If I wish to restore all restore requests in one pass do I need to
modify this command procedure as it appears?
Thanks,
Joe
