ALL-IN-1 3.0-1, VMS 5.5-2 i'm not sure if this is an ALL-IN-1 or KEYPAK problem... my customer has KEYPAK v3.0 field test 2. its installed and working ok except for 1 little thing... the EM menu has been customized by both the customer and KEYPAK. the form search order has KEYPAK form libs open before SITEOAFORM. if the EM form is on the initial form field then the SITEOAFORM is seen, not the KEYPAK EM form. i've asked KEYWORD about this and thye had not heard or seen this before. anyone out there seen this before.... cross posted in the KEYPAK conference. thanks for your time - ann

tried KPAK:EM I get this error on invoking ALL-IN-1
Error in processing form KPAK:EM -- press GOLD MESSAGE
Gold W shows no further information. But, the proper (KPAK) EM form is
displayed when EM entered.
If I leave the initial form line blank, then form MAIN is first
displayed. If I enter EM, the KPAK EM form is displayed.
Thanks for any thoughts, I have asked KEYWORD about this. They hadn't
seen/heard of this before.

Just for clarification:
1) when you put em in the initial field you get the siteoaform version.
2) when you put kpak:em in the initial field you get the kpak em form
with a msg.
also: when you then enter em later in the same session you get
the kpak:em form and it displays and processes with no error.
3) nothing in the inital field and you get the kpak em form with
no error messages.

put a copy of the keypack em form in siteoaform.
