2517.0. "WPS-PLUS rulers disappearing" by ROMEDU::NEBBIA (Mario Nebbia @RIO - LS Rome Italy) Fri Apr 02 1993 09:36
I am a Learning Services specialist based in Rome, Italy, and I am an ALL-IN-1
(Easynet) user.
I notice that my WPS-PLUS defined rulers periodically disappear, replaced by
the standard ones. Tha same problems happens to other people in my group.
The inconvenience happened with ALL-IN-1 V2.3 and continues with ALL-IN-1 V3.0.
I suspect it can be related to some housekeeping procedure, but I am not sure.
- Is it a common problem?
- Can anybody please explain it?
- Is the problem supposed to arise with standard ALL-IN-1 versions too?
Regards
Mario

| There is no standard Housekeeping procedure that would do this.
It sounds like something running on your site is removing the file
WPSDEF.WPL from your ALL-IN-1 directory. I sugest you have a word (or
perhaps several loud ones :-) ) with your local system management...
