    Hello,
    
    I have a customer who is running ALL-IN-1 V2.4 and WPS-Plus V4.0.  When
    trying to print to an HP Laserjet printer, they encounter the
    following problem.  
    
    They choose the Destination of "Port" and the Style of "Laserjet", 
    "HPLJIII" or "HP3_F" however all produce the same error message:
    "Problem with Copy Function - file"
    
    As a result only the first header page is printed and the rest of the
    document is aborted.  We have been having these problems ever since the
    upgrade and we really need to find a fix quickly as they are becoming
    quite annoyed by the problem.
    
    Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated by all.
