This is a funny one that defies all logic, but I can't seem to find
what is causing the problem.
There is one user using a Compaq pc who uses sethost to access her
ALL-IN-1 account.(several other users also have this configuration but
do not have the problem). When the user reads a mail message (ii r)
she then decides that it needs forward (f) to another user, the message
is sent, and when she exit screens or exit(keys) back to the menu the
document has a status of noted. (there is no error message).
I have tried RUCing the pending record, but still all mail forwarded
form the read goes "noted".
Can anyone suggest anything that may helpme solve the problem.
(btw, it ALL-IN-1 2.4)

Hi Suzanne, (RUC will have no effect - once you've done II the Pending.dat record is empty) I remember a similar question in here about 2 months ago, when we went through all of the things which have to happen while reading a new mail message - one of which is changing status to READ (via NOTED). It appears that one of these things is failing so the full set is not being performed. If you can find that note you might get a clue. grahame | |||||

after reading 2007, as the first step is change status from Noted to Read
I can assume that the problem occurs before the steps mentioned.
any more ideas?
