    I am working a problem and I need some clarification.
    
    Is there a file used named [username.oa]edtcustom.dat?
    	(note customer insists it is not edtcustom.edt)
    
    The customer gets the following message intermittently (sp?):
    
    	%rms-e-acl exceeded quota
    	file [username.oa]edtcustom.dat could not be found.
    
    The customer states that the edtcustom logical is not defined.
    
    It always works when they run a trace.  The user has over 1500
    pages of quota available.  The uaf parameters look o.k. and high
    in most cases. 
    
    Any ideas or comments are welcomed,
