Hi, I am running ALL-IN-1 V2.4 and ALL-IN-1 DESKtop V1.1 on VMS V5.4-2. When I first installed ALL-IN-1 DESKtop, the network directory get corrupted at times and the mails gets queued in the SENDER's queue. Now, I have about 137 entries in there which is 'useless' and the SENDER does not seem to know what to do with it and these entries never gets deleted. (about 60 entries get deleted but not these 137). Is there a way to clean up the queue for SENDER ?? When I do a DQ, I can still see the entries. Thanks in advance, Angeline

Angeline, Note 908 in this conference amongst many others discusses this topic. IT basically all depends on what the letter is next to the messages is it L, R, P or D? If you really want to blow away the whole Sender Queue then SM MM RUC on the MAIL QUEUE record will do it but you have to be really sure you know what you're doing before you type that.
