ALL-IN-1 V2.4

A customer has questioned the behavior of the MA (Mail Message to Attendeees)
option for events. The message is sent to the user who is sending the message
(usually the creator of the event) along with the remaining attendees. 

Is this the intended behavior?

        From the User's Reference documentation, this is intended
        bahaviour.
