Hello, My customer has problems with this configuration. SOMETIMES, a sent ALL-IN-1 mail doesn't create the INBOX - folder. It does not depend on where this mail is coming from. From ALL-IN-1 to ALL-IN-1 or from Teamlinks to ALL-IN-1. All other mails to this user which are sent do not create an INBOX - Folder. The mailcounter goes up, but you can find this mails only with Index Status UNREAD. You can Refile this documents and so on. When the target user has an INBOX folder all works fine. Do you know what it is ? Thanx Fuzzlbua ...

You say you can do Index Status UNREAD. Where do the messages show up? In which folder? Do the ALL-IN-1 username and the VMS match or are they different? Regards, Paul

2373.3 | Known problem | CHRLIE::HUSTON | Thu Mar 18 1993 17:11 | 15
Yes, i think I know what the problem is, it is a known problem in V3.0-1 and it has to do with anything that references the INBOX if it does nto exist. A way around this, for now is... 1) have a document stay in the INBOX always or.. 2) Always have IOS do the get_pending 1 is safer. --bob |
