    V3.0 ALL-IN-1 - RENAME with AUTO-FORWARD flag set to Y.
    
    Page 4-45 of the Management Guide, tells the Manager to delete
    the auto-forward account using the Delete option on the MUA
    menu.  RNA with auto-forward Y, does not have a profile for
    the old name.  We have duplicated this behaviour here after
    reported by customer.  We were under the impression (couldn't
    find any notes or STARS articles saying otherwise) that this
    was fixed in V3.0.  Are we missing something?
