    No as discussed earlier in this notesfile this is currently a known
    problem with ALL-IN-1 v3.0-1. Please contact you local CSC if you need
    details of any possible patch.

|  | My customer has A1_ECO001030 installed.
In the section 'Problems Solved by This Patch Kit' of the release notes, the
following are said:
        "Cannot refile an UNREAD or NOTED document between drawers" is
        displayed. However, if the user then immediately attempts to refile
        the document again, the error message "The document you have specified
        does not exist" is displayed, and no other operations on that document
        during the read are possible.
The situation after the patch has been installed is like described in .0.
So my question is: Is there any possibilities to refile an UNREAD or NOTED
                   document between drawers?
Regards,
	Sigurd, DS,
	Digital, Norway.

| 2295.3 | No difference in functionality, just a message change | IOSG::STANDAGE | Oink...Oink...Mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo | Mon Feb 22 1993 13:35 | 12 |
|  |
    Basically there is no difference in functionality between V3.0 and
    V3.0-1 regarding the operation you describe, only with V3.0-1 the
    informative message has been lost.

    The functionality remains as it has always been, you cannot refile
    UNREAD or NOTED documents between drawers.

| 2295.4 | FAM IS THE PROBLEM. | OSLACT::SIGURDA_P |  | Thu Feb 25 1993 13:01 | 21 |
| | I have done some further investigations onsite, and I have figured out what the
problem really is about.
After patch A1_ECO001030 was installed, File Attachment as Message (Attachment to
an unread mail) into another drawer results in the same error message as
described in my original reply. ** File Cabinet object does not exist **.
This was not happening with ALL-IN-1 IOS V.3.0 , my customer says.
Is there any workaround for this problem? Or is this the way it's supposed
to be?
Sorry about asking the wrong questions in .0 and .2.
Thanks in advance,
Sigurd, Digital Norway.

| | This is a known problem in V3.0-1, it is being fixed in a possible future
    patch.

    If your customer really gets upset about it escalate the problem and see if
    there is a fix available.
