I am working out at Exec Office of President,  Customer has V2.3, and uses
TM heavily.  Under V3.0 it looks like the old TM is gone and you must go
to the new TM.  Knowing this customer, they probably will make this a 
big deal... We really want them to upgrade.  Questions:

1.  Has anyone used the old TM under V3.0?  How much fixing is needed if this is
possible?  I assume there is a lot of drawer stuff.

2.  If you convinced them to use the new TM, how did you do this?

        Hi Reda,
        
        Using the old TM interface under V3.0, is going to be a MAJOR
        undertaking.  I see between 10 and 15 CAL ... functions used in
        that interface have been retired.  You would have to rewrite the
        named data and scripts for the complete subsystem.  Refer to STARS
        for a list of "obsolete time management functions".
