I am having a problem with CM at a customer site. THis is a vanilla ALL-IN-1 V3.0 Test system, with the TEamlinks server and MAILworks server installed. Not sure that makes any difference but here are the errors: When I do a (R)ead of a any form I get the following error OA-E-IOOPEN, Error opening file $1$DIA2:[ALLIn1.MGR.OA$TEMP]MAIN.FLG_TEMP; RMS-E-FNF, File not found Error copying base version of MAIN When I do a (CO)PY from the ABE option I get Extracting MAIN from OA$LIB_ENGLISH:OAFORM.FLB No license is active for the software products Base form not accessible in the OA$LIB_ENGLISH:OAFORM.FLB Any ideas? I know we have licenses installed for base ALL-IN-1 not sure if there is any problem with the servers. ALthough the servers seem to be working as they have several clients set up.

Just a first guess. Is the FMS License installed, or maybe unloaded
after the installation? To obtain a form CM executes FMS commands,
so...
