Well I suppose this one's up to me! :-)
Check that the MANAGER account can write to OA$TRANSFER: and
that the logical is okay and the disk is okay. Check that
the documents in the user's filecab really exist and that
if you NEWDIR to the account, you can read the documents.
Also be careful when re-running PAT as it updates (read "messes
up") the filecab whilst running and doesn't put it back if it
gets a failure in V2.4 (its better in V3.0)
Regards,
Paul

Hi Paul.
Thanx for replying!
The MANAGER account can write to OA$TRANSFER: successfully. The logical
is defined correctly, and the disk is definitely okay (it's their
system disk)
They can log into the users account and see/read/edit their documents
okay.
Any more ideas?
Steve.

We saw one case where this was caused by the ARCHIVE_SET_DATA.DAT
file being corrupt?

Don't think there's any corruption in that file. They can go into MAA,
and all of the details are correct. A DIR/FULL is okay, and the users
can use ADN to archive documents okay.
Ideas?
Steve.
