2234.1 | Not as it works now | IOSG::SHOVE | Dave Shove -- REO2-G/M6 | Tue Feb 09 1993 16:44 | 12 |
| No. ALL-IN-1 actually stores the filename of the auto-reply message
(actually, a copy of it, so you can Delete the original reply). So the
auto-reply code doesn't know that the original reply had an attachment.
You could achieve the same effect, roughly, by Gold-Getting the
"attachment" into the reply.
It would be possible for this code to be enhanced so that the copy
would include any attachments - if this is important to you, please
submit a "wish".
Dave.

2234.2 | It's a nice to have | MIACT::ROWELL | Paul Rowell @BBP - TMC UK | Fri Feb 12 1993 11:15 | 7 |
| Just to explain why I was interested:
I wanted to be able to have an autoreply that contained the booking form for
the TMC. That way the attachment could be filed with an FA and the message
explaining that this was an autoreply etc could be junked.

2234.3 | Tried APA? | HORLIX::paul | I'd sink therefore I swam | Fri Feb 12 1993 13:39 | 6 |
| Aha! If you want a mail response type facility, try looking at the
ALL-IN-1 Personal Assistant product. It may be overkill for what
you want, but it has to be worth a look.
Cheers,
Paul.

2234.4 | and the notesfile is at.... | IOSG::PYE | Graham - ALL-IN-1 Sorcerer's Apprentice | Mon Feb 15 1993 09:53 | 11 |
| Paul (modestly??!!) neglects to mention in his previous reply that he
is a part of a team dragging APA into a version that will work with
ALL-IN-1 V3.0, for which FT sites are urgently sought BTW.
Meanwhile, the notes file is at:
IOSG::APA_SUPPORT
and a pointer to a (V2.4) kit is included therein.
Graham (Part of the same APA team :-) )
