Hello, Is there anyone who knows how to do a multiple DOCUMENT TRANSFER from ALL-IN-1 to VMS. I'm talking thousands of document to be x-ferred. To use the DT option is really not a good way. Even an ASSET tool would be nice. Thanks ricardo

How about writing something? Create a phantom dataset and loop through it calling the standard DT script? Of course, some documents (like foreign files) won't be transferrable, so error handling will be important. But it wouldn't take too long to work up. Why do you want to do this? Tony

Mario wrote a small program and it's working alright (foreign files) are not being transferred as you mentioned Tony. Why the customer wants to do this ? Well bad news for ALL-IN-1 as far as this customer is concerned. Thanks, ricardo

So the customer is getting rid of ALL-IN-1? And going to? |
