Hello, I have a customer using ALL-IN-1 3.0-1 who has a problem with Paper mail, What he wants is be able to set and use individual users print settings when printing out paper mail. I cannot find an option that will let him do this, is there a way of doing it? Thanks. Jason.

Jason, If as I suspect you mean mail sent to a paper mail destination then the answer is i'm pretty sure "NO". Unless a printing expert corrects me that is... Regards, Andrew.D.Wicks | |||||

If this is really important to your customer, you could probably customise it. Instead of having the user's mail destination set to PAPER MAIL, set it to the name of a command file. That command file (which you write, of course!, and would be in OA$LIB:) could copy the message to a WPS-PLUS file using the ALL-IN-1 COPY function, APPEND a WPS-PLUS file with the required print settings in it (which I suppose could be different for each addressed user if you had to) and print it - this works because the WPS-PLUS formatter will use the LAST set of print settings it finds in a file.
