ALL-IN-1 3.0  has it the capability to enter a new line into
a displayed scrolled region ?

If so, could someone post an example for the oa$novice ?

    to get you started:
    
    look at OA$SCL_UPDATE in volume 2
    
    a quick example is in em$index$options where it uses the
    new-record-address parameter.  Don't forget to follow with
    OA$SCL_REFERSH.
