    Dear All,
    
    Does anybody know if there is a difference in the status of OPEN and
    OPENING in the current item block of the Mail Area Management menu?

    And if there is a difference when does it go back to the status of
    OPEN?
    
    When does the index ISD get updated? Is that after the RSD has run, or
    should this happen anytime you call this index?
