Hello,

In ALL-IN-1 v2.4 we made a boilerplate with an argument form. 
To create the document standaard doccreate.scp is being used. The boilerplate is 
choosen form the Word processing menu , field format. All was working all-right.

Since ALL-IN-1 3.0 all of a sudden the document status, when it is created, is 
RESERVED.

This only happens when a drawer is SHARED.
Is there some symbol we have to fill, that it does not make the document 
RESERVED ?

	Hi Aty van Ooijen, This is a known problem in a stars article it's suggested that you modify your customisation to call WP_SYS_CLOSE.SCP to unreserve the document following an edit. See Stars article call "Customized Edit Procedure In V3.0 Leaves Documents Reserved". I found it by entering DOCCREATE. Regards, Sunil

	Sunil, Thanks for the answer. But now it is the following problem: * WP_SYS_CLOSE = Document may not be modified. * Cabinet change_attribute, "MODIFY","N","Y" = Can not perform operation, document reserved. * Cabinet Unshare_document = NoNo, document is not reserved by you. But; It is my document, and it is only created in a shared drawer and I do not want the document reserved nor shared. Thanks in advance for any suggestions..... Aty van Ooijen BTW : Why is it that ALL-IN-1 3.0 Dutch has all the error messages for the File Cabinet functions in English ?@!?

	Hi Aty van Ooijen, Can not really advise you further because I have not seen the code. If you could enter it here or give a pointer to where a copy of the code is some one else or if I have time will look at it. >BTW : Why is it that ALL-IN-1 3.0 Dutch has all the error messages > for the File Cabinet functions in English ?@!? 	Sunil, I am afraid the boilorplate is a bit to much to put it in the notesfile. Perhaps I can explain how it works. If a document is created there is a possibility to choose a FORMAT. After selecting the name form the FORMAT and pressing return, it says creating document, and next Merging document. Then there are about 3 argument forms to fill in. When the document is filed the status is RESERVED. (Why, why why..?@?@?) When the option CD (Convert document) is being used, the status is gone and it is possible to modify the document again. But that is silly, it should not make the document RESERVED in the first place. Unfortunately we do have a few more of those "extra" FORMAT "things". Is it possible because it creates and merges a document first, that behind "the scenes" it creates an other document when the argument forms typed in and filed ? "?"Only wondering:.."?"...On the FORMAT form only the Boilorplate is mentioned, shouldn't it be:.. first argument form ? and then the argument form (when finished) doing the merge of the boilorplate ?
