Hi, Our native language here in Brazil is Portuguese. And now we do have a Brazilian Portuguese version of ALL-IN-1. WordPerfect is the editor of choice of my customer. And they want to use WordPerfect integrated to ALL-IN-1 IOS v3.0. But, as long as I know, there is no Portuguese version of WordPerfect. I'm trying to integrate English WordPerfect to Portuguese ALL-IN-1 (Installation guide says that the languages must be the same...). When I try to use ALL-IN-1, it looks for a Portuguese WordPerfect environment but this environment does not exist... Has anybody tried something like this ? Integrate WordPerfect and ALL-IN-1 using different languages ? Even in the earlier versions ? Do you know if there is any workaround to make this possible ? Thanks in advance. Armando

Two options: 1. Hack the WP installation code to force it to install against the environment you are running. 2. Get WP to help. Have you called WordPerfect to see if they'll provide a special kit? Maybe it's worth their while. In either case I should talk to WP just in case you screw up any support arrangements... T

There's a notes conference you could try too -- YUPPY::WORDPERFECT Press keypad-7 or SELect to add to your notebook. Dave.

Thanks Tony and Dave. I've got English WordPerfect running with Portuguese ALL-IN-1 by hacking some "integrate" procedures. Not so hard job ... I'm going to talk to WP about supporting these changes. I think not so easy job ... Thanks again, Armando |
