Hi,
My customer in V3.0 would like to customize the 'WARNING' to
something else in the following attachment (the following attachment
comes with DOCUMENT QUOTA EXCEEDED SCREEN). Which .blp should he look
into ?

There are two:
oa$blp:WARNMAIL.BLP and oa$blp:WARNMAIL_BATCH.BLP. The latter is only
used on multi-lingual systems.

The messages are stored in FC.A1$MSG, so you need to customize (with
CM) the SITE$FC.A1$MSG file.
The boilerplate used is WARNMAIL.BLP. There's another one called
WARNMAIL_BATCH.BLP which I guess is used when the warning is generated
from a batch job.
