| Hi Sam,
There is an article in the Stars database titled "DOS Client: Captive /
Restricted User can not do a A1SVC$BAGSWAP", I searched on the string
"OA$FLO_ALL_NDISP" to find this article.
It appears that the problem you are having is caused by the user
account being a captive or restricted account. I would normally copy
the article over but it's a bit too long. However the article deals
with ALL-IN-1 2.4 and I guess it's also applicable to the STARTER
version.
Just a reminder ALL-IN-1 should be spelt as I have spelt it and not
ALLIN1. ALL-IN-1 is a registered trade mark and must be spelt
correctly at all times.
I hope the article is helpful,
Sunil

| Hi Sunil,
It is right that the problem account is a restricted account. However,
the account would not use A1SVC$BAGSWAP as the PC is connected through
PATHWORKS. On the other hand, the setup has been running for a long
time without this problem.
By the way, can you tell me how to access the Stars database?

| Hi Sam,
To get access to the Stars database please contact your local librarian
and get the registeration form. This has to be filled by your manager.
To use the Stars database you need to be registered as a TIMA
(Technical Information Management Architecture) user.
Regards,
Sunil
