    ALL-IN-1 V3.0
    VMS 5.4-1
    
    Normal ALL-IN-1 user does the following:
    
    	WP
    	LP
    	SR
    	"Y" for background
    
    	get the messages "Working..." and "Background Sort Process..." 
    
    Then they receive messages such as "file cabinet not found"
    
    The customer found that by giving the user PRVAPP everything worked!
    
    I had the customer check for prvapp on files,etc... - not there
    I had the customer check file protections, etc on docdb, etc.. - O.K.
    
    I had the customer check protections on what oafc$**** images he could
    find and those look O.K.
    
    From the ALL-IN-1 Managers account everything is fine.  Same results
    for /NOCUSTOM.
    
    
    I am currently working on the customer to let me dial-in.  In the
    interim I am looking for suggestions, things to check, advice.
    
    One quick question would be why does it work when a normal user has
    prvapp?
