Good Morning, I have a user who would like to share some information across the network. If they create a shared folder, only those users on the same cluster can access the information. Could someone please tell me how to access the information from another node. I've tried the following: Folder: Node::[username]foldername This does not seem to work. Should this work, or is there another way of doing this? Thanks in advance for you assistance. Cheryl

Hi, You need to store the documents in shared drawers. Your customer will also need to purchase the DSO (Distributed Sharing Option) for ALL-IN-1. And most importantly, your customer must be on ALL-IN-1 V3.0. Cheers Stuart | |||||

Cheryl, There are ways in which you can share folders in ALL-IN-1 V2.4, but it is only local to that node. ALL-IN-1 V3.0 does the job properly, by introducing the concept of drawers and allowing off node access to your filecabinet. Sharing files on different nodes is only possible with ALL-IN-1 IOS V3.0.
