    I been asked to put my problem in this notes conference, although the
    problem occurs on WPS-PLUS/VMS v4.1 aswell as ALL-IN-1.
    
    Problem description below.

    When you have a comment in a control block longer than 1 line, and then
    you select the area before the control block to after the control
    block, and then gold W the area to either a udp or a vms file,  you
    only appear to get the last line of the comment.
    
    i.e.
    ----------------------------- TOP------------------------------------------
    L-------T-------T-------T-------T-------T-------T-------T-------T--------R
    this is not a comment
    ----------------------------- START CONTROL--------------------------------
    comment this is a comment
    this is a 2nd line of the comment
    ----------------------------- END   CONTROL--------------------------------
    this is not a comment
    
    I gold write this to a udp and all that is saved in the udp is 
    
    L-------T-------T-------T-------T-------T-------T-------T-------T---------
    this is not a commet
    this is a 2nd comment
    this not a comment
    
    I understand that the control block marks will be missing as the udp is a
    ascii file and not WPS-PLUS but either we should have all the comment
    or none of the comment.   
    
    I suppose the real question should be 'Doing a Gold Write to an Ascii
    file should it contain the contents of the control block or not?'

    The ALL-IN-1 group owns the Ascii output code, which appears to be
    causing the last comment line of a GOLD-WRITE region to be output to
    the file. The WPS-PLUS code is properly assigning the control block
    attribute to the line, but it still is being written to the file.
    Please post this bug in the ALL-IN-1 conference.
