Hi folks, I've got a customer that has a need for a on-line customer service and call handling. We came across a glossy in our library about "ALL-IN-1 system for customer service" and like to know if anyone has heard of this product, is it any good, and what excatly is it? Has anyone out there come across this product or the situation, and what would you recommend? Thanks in advance Mehran

Mehran, ALL-IN-1 System for Customer Services was an old ASSET - it was retired from all known ASSETS libraries sometime ago - sorry It was last upgraded to run on ALL-IN-1 v2.4. Regards, Andrew.D.Wicks | |||||
