    Hi....
    
    	I have a customer who has an HP laser printer (not postscript) and
    wishes to print to it in ALL-IN-1 version 2.4.\
    
        When I use my ALL-IN-1, I have a print style called "Generic HP
    Laser JET II".  However, my customer does not see this style in the
    list of possible choices.  Is there something that their system manager
    has to do to add a new print style to the list?  Where do these
    styles/drivers come from?
