1871.0. "Refile document failed?" by HTSC19::STEVENLAU (Steven Lau HKCS) Mon Nov 30 1992 03:17

     A customer refiled (RFD) a document, ALL-IN-1 returned the message that
document is refiled to another folder. But when he indexed the folder, the 
document was still in the original folder. This only happened on a particular 
document. ALL-IN-1 version is V2.4. Has anyone had this experience? Could the
problem caused by index file corruption?

	Steven, Did the customer do a cross-file on the document before trying RFD? Another possibility, check the NEW$FOLDER$PROMPT flag on form SWC, is it set to "Y"? Finally, is there a copy of the document in the target folder? Tim
