Hello, I have a customer who has records in his PENDING.DAT for accounts that no longer exist on the system. Is there a way to remove these ?(ie. from DCL) Derek Street (PS. ALL-IN-1 V2.4)

Use the RUC (Reset User Count) option. It basically blows away the record from PENDING. It's on the Manage Mail menu (SM MM). The File Cabinet Report also takes care of these records... Tony

Hi Tony, In version 2.4 as I recall you had to use the RUC option twice. First time it reset the count the second time delete the record from PENDING.DAT. Is this still the case ? Sunil
