<<< BCSE::ABBOTT$DUA1:[NOTES$LIBRARY]WINDOWS_OFFICE.NOTE;1 >>> -< Windows Office Project >- ================================================================================ Note 1263.0 ALL-IN-1 V3.0 COEXISTENT 2 replies MFRFMS::SUSANNE 10 lines 9-NOV-1992 10:17 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi all. my customer has installed ALL-IN-1 IOS V2.4, TCP and Teamlink V1.0. Now he wants to install an ALL-IN-1 V3.0 coexistent system on the same machine and then testing Teamlink with the new ALL-IN-1 V3.0 system. Is it possible to work with Teamlink V1.0 and ALL-IN-1 V3.0 coexistent or there are problems with the logicals and the tables. thanks and regards Susanne

Susanne, I'm not an expert but as i've already said in the TeamLinks conference the TCP release notes explicitily state that it is not supported as part of a co-ex ALL-IN-1 system. regards, Andrew.D.wicks
1786.4 | wouldn't have two FCS's | CHRLIE::HUSTON | Tue Nov 17 1992 13:30 | 10
You wouldn't get two FCS, each installation would install a FCS, the second would simply overwrite the first. Problem with this is that you could potentially overwrite the latest FCS with an older one, depending on versions of TL and ALL-IN-1. But, as Andrew said, TL doesn't support co-existant systems anyway. --Bob |
