my customer would like to modify V3.0 to NOT allow shared files or
shared drawers unless the ALL-IN-1 administrator or ALL-IN-1 manager
sets this up on a per user basis.
if this isn't possible, what about limiting the number of shared
drawers a user can creat? i rememebr talking about this somewhere
(maybe just wishful thinking on the customers part).

Note 691 has some code and discussion from Tony and others on limiting
drawers.
Another item to consider is using groups. It may be possible to change
the code for shared drawer (I have not looked) and make this work.
From 691 you will see that you will have to change it on all remote
nodes, also.
