    Rob,

    Start by reading notes 1017,1117 and 1598 in this conference (there's
    even more in the old version of this conference) and see if they
    answer this question for you.

    regards,

    Hi Rob,

    Also see note 1363.6 this note describes how to prevent the
    OA$FORMATTER and the Script symbiont being integrated as printer
    queues. If they are integrated as printer queues you will experience
    the problems described in that topic.

    Question 2. you will be better off asking in the WordPerfect
    conference, YUPPY::WORDPERFECT.

    Rob,

    In answer to your second question:

    Don't beat your head against the wall. Call WordPerfect Corporation at
    (801)222-5500. Tell them your problem and that you need technical help.
    A technical person will step you through a fix. I have done this a
    number of times for my customers. I just tell them I am calling for
    customer XYZ and they always help me.
