1705.0. ""bug" in TM ALL-IN-1 IOS V3.0" by UTRTSC::SMEETS (Martin Smeets DS SSO Utrecht (NL)) Tue Nov 03 1992 14:42

Hi,

A customer reported the following "bug" in ALL-IN-1 IOS V3.0. I can reproduce
the problem on our system.

When scheduling recurring events via TM EV SRE, for example every 3th day
during the next 20 days and not on weekends, everythings looks nice for the
scheduler, but for the attendees the weekends are not ignored.

So looking at the index of the events there are different dates scheduled for
the scheduler and the attendees.

Is there a workaround available ?

Thanks in advance,

Martin

VMS 5.5 and ALL-IN-1 IOS V3.0

I scheduled an event for myself and the ALL-IN-1 manager as attendee starting
on november 3th, every 3 days during the next 90 days, weekends not included.
When I look at the scheduled events (via index) I see the following entries:

 3-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
 6-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
 9-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
12-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
16-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
19-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
23-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
..... ect.

Under the ALLIN1 account the index looks like:

 3-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
 6-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
 9-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
12-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
15-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
18-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
21-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
24-Nov-1992 12:00 Lunch
..... ect.

        Hi Martin,

I've just duplicated this new SRE bug, and what a mess it makes of
        everything.
