| What type of mail messages are you printing? Are they ASCII, WPS-PLUS, or
another format? This is important to know because it determines how the
messages get formatted, and it may be the formatting stage which is
changing the right margin.

1695.2 | WPS-PLUS format | FSOA::CKELLEHER | | Fri Oct 30 1992 22:04 | 10 |
| Hi Rich,
Thanks for your reply. The files are WPS-plus files. When the person
prints, he chooses the Port Destination and as a default, LP11 comes up
as the Format Style. I tried to select the HP3_F option, but, it keeps
putting LP11 back in there.
Something is not right!

1695.3 | Customization? | IOSG::NEWLAND | Richard Newland, IOSG, REO1-D/4A | Tue Nov 03 1992 15:18 | 19 |
| I don't have any instant answers to your problem because:
1. HP3_F is not a standard supplied print style
2. A standard system will not put LP11 back into the Print Style field
so I'm going to have ask you lot of questions, beginning with:
What version of ALL-IN-1 are you using?
Has any part of the Print sub-system been customized?
What happens if you print an ASCII document to the to printer?
