1687.0. "Cannot print from shared drawer." by KERNEL::LOAT (Bored....Bored....BORED!!!!) Thu Oct 29 1992 17:16
ALL-IN-1 3.0
A customer has installed 3.0 and everything is okay until they try to
use documents from a shared drawer they've set up.
They can read documents from this shared drawer, and they have all access
up to and including 'Control', but when they try to print a document
they get an error message
"You do not have read access to this document."
They get the same error when the user uses SMU to read someone elses
mail, and print it out.
Any ideas why they should be this error when they have all access to
that drawer and all documents in it?
Steve.
