My copy of the Installation Guide Part 2 page 2-5 (U.S version) says
yes.
If I remember rightly they are required for any WPS-PLUS v4.x system
since the old ones only worked with WPS-PLUS v3.x so it's not
technically an ALL-IN-1 requirement.

Sigurd,
as far as I know they are out and they are required.
You will get the ones you need for language X together with a WPS-PLUS
or ALL-IN-1 kit of language X. Additionally you can install one or more
of them as additional lexicons from the "International Lexicons"
product.

What I ment to say was Do I have to wait for the International Lexicons product
for VMS V2.0 (QA-VYHAA-H*)(Current version is 1.1)?

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The International Lexicons are optional word lists used for spell
checking verification and correction within WPS-PLUS (in ALL-IN-1),
WPS-PLUS for VMS, WPS-PLUS for DOS, DECwrite for VMS, DECwrite for
RISC, DECwrite for Microsoft Windows, DECwrite for Sun's SPARCstation,
DECpresent for VMS, and DECpresent for RISC, and DECpresent for Sun's
SPARCstation.
Users can purchase one or more of these optional lexicons to provide
multilingual spell verification and correction capability with any of
these document creation applications.
Each lexicon consists of a list of words, similar to a dictionary, but
without the associated meanings. The lexicons are fully dependent on
the internal spell checking correction and verification system of these
document creation applications.

contained in each lexicon are:

The International Lexicons Kit for VMS, V1.1 is now available for
Internal Use. These lexicons will work with WPS-PLUS V4.0,
ALL-IN-1 V2.4 w/WPS-PLUS V4.0, and ALL-IN-1 V3.0.
A separate set of lexicons is also included in this kit which can be used
with DECwrite and DECpresent. These lexicons are the same lexicons that
were used with the DECwrite V1.0 and current shipping DECwrite product,
(International Lexicons V1.0).
You must have a PAK registered and loaded on your system for each
lexicon you want to install. PAKS can be obtained from VTX.
I do have internal use only test PAKS for Danish, Norwegian, Italian and
Portuguese since these are not in VTX yet. These lexicons are only
supported under WPS-PLUS and ALL-IN-1. The test paks can be copied
from MAGIC"INTLEX"::NORWEGIAN.COM, ITALIAN.COM, DANISH.COM, PORTUGUESE.COM
The savesets for International Lexicons for VMS, V1.1 can be copied from
MAGIC"INTLEX"::INTLEX011.* (3 savesets - 28,350 blocks).

No reference in the SPD. The SSA says: dictionaries are not compatible.

I've looked through all the topics on lexicons. I got more and
more confused.
1. What the DIAMOND Read me first says:
"If you are currently using the American Business Lexicon or
similar lexicons, you need Version 2.0 releases of these products
(not the older lexicons supported by ALL-IN-1 Version 2.4)."
2. We had ALL-IN-1 2.4 (with WPS-PLUS 4.0 inside) and
International Lexicons for VMS 1.1 installed. We used American,
German and French smoothly and could change the Master
Dictionaries without any problem.
3. After the ALL-IN-1 upgrade to 3.0, the French and German
Master dictionaries disappeared ! In WP DIC menu, the LD option
shows every lexicons - American, German, French - we had before.
But I can't use CMD option to change Master Dictionary.
If the 1.1 version of lexicons are the right one, what should I
do ? I had to setup the system for all the three spell checking
possibilities.

Can someone tell me were to find the International Lexicon for VMS
V1.1, I have to perform an installation at a customer site, and this
kit is not available.

They used to be on :
MAGIC"INTLEX"::INTLEX011.*
MAGIC is FREE now, but the lexicons seems to be gone.
Try note 405 in FREE::WPS-PLUS
